Those Two Little Words...

It's so nice to hear those two words: thank you. Whether you've done something for a loved one, a colleague or a client, when they take the time to thank you it's a meaningful moment. We always present our clients with notes of thanks and often we're able to create a representation of our time together as a keepsake. Through cards, flowers and gifts, our clients have frequently expressed their thanks.

It was lovely though - and unique - to receive this note from a vendor we so enjoyed working with; it's a sign that they respect the role we played in showcasing their product to a client. Our client was very pleased. Our vendor delivered beyond expectation. That's enough for us - but a thank you note, well that's just the cherry on top! Those two little words - amazing what impact they have. Do you give thanks to your clients and vendors?
