Our principal designer and the owner of American & International, Inc. has been in this business for more than 30 years. She guides us in all things design, of course, but her experience gives us the added edge of historical reference: she's pretty much seen it all. Susan can lead a staff meeting while calculating square footage and anticipating the challenges we might face at a particular site. She knows her vendors and their businesses as well as she knows her own. Her color sense, design aesthetic and knowledge of each client's vision is remarkable.
