This Week's Design Feature: Eco-Flooring

Here are some options to consider when contemplating your choice of flooring.  Both bamboo and cork floors are sustainable and beautiful.

This bamboo flooring from PID Floors offers a warm, seamless look.  It integrates well in a family room and feels good on the foot. I especially like the Amaretto color.  We are using it for a galley kitchen in Chinatown.

Cork is a 100% renewable resource harvested from the bark of living cork oak trees. It is remarkably durable, versatile and comes in a variety of colors. Cork flooring is also water resistant and reduces the impact of noise.  PID floors offers an astounding array of cork floor options for you to consider.
